Test your drug use

Do I have a problem? Here are a couple of tests that will help you think about the impact your drug use is having on your life.

Do you sometimes think you have a problem with drugs? Yes / No

That’s it. There’s an old saying about drug use: "if you think you have a problem then you probably do!"

I tried everything to convince myself that my using was sweet. Yet every day, I had proof that things were really fucked up... Sarah.

You might be thinking this is a trick question. Well oddly enough it’s not. Most people’s intuition is on the money when it comes to their drug use so if you think you have problem with drugs, you probably do.

Now that you have started to think about things, here’s something a little more technical.

How much is too much?

This questionnaire gets a little more inquisitive and personal. It’s not a test like at school. The questions are more important than your answers, and you can't be wrong.

Before you start:

The questions relate to your drug use over the past 12 months NOT including alcohol. Please answer YES or NO to each and every question — picking the closest answer if you are unsure. Be as honest as you can as you think about each question.

Confidentiality: We do not know who fills in this test and we do not store the results. See DrugHelp's privacy statement.
