Alcohol Drug Helpline

The Alcohol Drug Helpline provides compassionate, helpful advice, information and support for any person concerned about their or another person's alcohol or drug use.

Picking up the phone to ask for help is never easy especially when you are experiencing difficulties in life. Talking through what is going on for you could help you gain some clarity about what you need to do in order to change and ease the burdens you are carrying.

When you call the Alcohol Drug Helpline, you will talk to an experienced counsellor who is there to listen – they will not judge you or tell anyone you called the helpline. You can trust the helpline to provide you with friendly and confidential service when you need it. 

The person you speak to at the Alcohol Drug Helpline can also advise you about other sources of help in you area. They have the expertise and knowledge to talk you through treatment options that will be right for you.
